Your billboard suggests a driver can refuse a breathalyzer. How is that legally regarded? What about the “no refusal ” weekends?
This is good. Very good. You’re a sharp guy. Now, this “no refusal” blood tests, how can that be constitutional? Anyone w/ the guts to challenge it?
